- All rates in USD.
- All rates are based on occupancy of 2 people per night and are subject to 19% tax (16% VAT & 3% bed tax).
- There is a 2-night minimum stay.
- Maximum 2 people per room.
- No guests under 18 are allowed in the suites.
- Pets are welcome at no extra cost. Only one pet per room is permitted. Pets should not stay alone with no supervision and must wear a leach in corridors at all times.
- All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $500 USD will be charged to all guests who violate this policy.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
- Same-day reservations need to be confirmed before 12:00 p.m.
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancelations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within 1-2 weeks of cancelation notice and will be in the form of a refund to PayPal.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please note that the following cancellation policy applies:
- For reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to check-in date, paid reservation is fully refundable.
- For reservations canceled between 15 and 59 days prior to check-in-date paid reservation is 50% refundable.
- For reservations canceled 14 days or under prior to check-in-date, the entire deposit will be forfeited
- All cancellations of stays during holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s) are non-refundable.
- Reservations can be modified at any time, only the rate leveling should be covered, if necessary.
- No shows will result in guest forfeiture of the deposit and the reservation.
- No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

- In case of force majeure cancellations, there is no refund but a credit for a future stay will be extended and applied to a new reservation at no charge.
