Pet Policy

It is governed by Mexican law, under a Dog-Friendly concept (Only Dogs), so access to pets of other species is not allowed.

• Only dogs with a maximum weight of 15 kilos and a maximum of two dogs per room are allowed.
• The stay with pets has an additional cost of $500 MXN per pet per stay.
• Putting a leash on the dog in all common areas is necessary.
• The owner is the sole responsible for cleaning, collecting and disposing after their dog.
• Pets are not allowed to stay alone inside the room.
• The guest is responsible for covering any partial or total damage to the facilities, furniture, amenities, and linens, as well as damage to third parties.
• The guest agrees to accept and sign this policy and to leave as a guarantee deposit in the amount of $1000 MXN.
