Pet Policy

• Our property operates under a Dog Friendly concept; therefore, only dogs are permitted. Pets of any other species are not allowed.
• A maximum of two dogs per room is allowed, with a maximum weight of 15 kg per pet.
• A $500 MXN fee per pet applies for the stay.
• For the safety and comfort of all our guests, dogs must remain on a leash at all times while on the property and in common areas.
• Guests are responsible for their pets at all times and must pick up, clean, and properly dispose of their waste.
• For safety and wellness reasons, pets may not be left alone in the room at any time.
• Guests are responsible for covering any partial or total damage caused by their pet to the property, furniture, amenities, linens, or to third parties.
• As a requirement for staying with a pet, guests must accept and sign the Pet Policy at check-in and leave a $1,000 MXN security deposit.
